On October 20 and 21, Radix launched the second edition of “Geração Desafio”, a training program focused on contributing to the education of students of computer science, computer engineering, and similar academic fields. The program featured a modern and dynamic approach centering around the practical application of the technical and behavioral competencies needed to succeed in today's workforce.

The program consisted of 16 hours of training. The first day's training focused on the soft-skills needed in job interviews and throughout the recruitment process. The goal was to help students to reduce interview anxiety, foster creativity, and promote success within group environments. The second day's training was technical and was led by Daniel Lima and Lucas Reis. They focused on three technological areas Radix specializes in: mobile, cloud, and financial technologies.  A team of Radix consultants and specialists conducted these sessions and engaged students in a contest that combines all three of these technologies afterwards.

“Through the training program, students were given the opportunity to interact with technologies used in industry, network, and learn about the different types of work we do at Radix. The program also covered key behavioral competencies to help students shape appropriate social skills, language skills, and so on. It was a success!” says Mariana Araújo, Radix HR Coordinator.

The first edition of “Geração Desafio” took place in March and focused exclusively on behavioral training. The event led to the recruitment of six interns, one of which was Pedro Vianna, a civil engineering student at Fluminense Federal University.
